While our products are primarily intended for indoor use, they may be used outdoors under controlled and well-maintained conditions. Please note, however, that prolonged outdoor exposure without suitable care will void the warranty.

Return Policy Overview
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- The product remains unused, with original packaging and in like-new condition
- All included tags and accessories are present
- You can provide proof of purchase
- Our customer support team has approved the return in advance
Please note: Returns without prior communication and approval cannot be accepted.
Accepted Return Situations
- If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing flaw, simply send us clear photos or a short video. We’ll respond with a solution — a replacement, refund, or repair guidance, depending on the case.
- We’ll promptly send out any missing or correct components at no cost to you.
- No worries — you may still return the product, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
- Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can’t apply promotions retroactively. However, we’ll gladly issue you a personal coupon for a future purchase.
- If an order is sent back without coordination, any resulting fees (including shipping and customs duties) will be deducted from your refund.

I recently purchased this wooden sport ladder with a pull-up bar and dip bar, and I couldn't be happier! The quality of the wood is excellent—very sturdy and well-made. It feels solid and safe, even when doing pull-ups and dips. The natural wood design looks great in our home gym, much better than bulky metal equipment.
Installation was pretty straightforward, and it doesn’t take up too much space.
We are very pleased with our ladder. It is beautiful and well made. Reading through other reviews, some with less stars complain about the size of the Allen wrench….I don’t think they really think anyone assembling this will be using it. We used the allen wrench attachment on our drill and all worked great. Took us less than 45 minutes to put it all together.
Everything arrived, was fairly easy to set up. Mounted it to the wall, can’t get the kids off of it. It can support my weight at 205lbs

Beautiful maple wood, nice design and craftsmanship, very practical setup for home gym. The assembly is very straightforward, does require two persons. The seller is very responsive, answering my inquiries about shipping promptly. But everything went smoothly as described. Two suggestions to make the product better: 1. the push-up bar has two rods in the assembly. One end of both rods have their pre-drilled holes completely off-centered. Luckily the receiving slots for these rods also have their pre-drilled holes off-centered, so they can still be put together. It did take the help of my genius child to figure it out. 2. The width of the whole rack is not designed to match the standard wall stud width in the USA and metal L shaped brackets from HomeDepot are required to mount it to wood studs. I don’t recommend drywall mount.
Great product! Only thing I’d mention, (1) it could be beneficial to ship with additional brackets and (2) the wood is unfinished upon arrival so you’ll have to stain and finish it yourself. Otherwise love it!
Great fun. Straightforward assembly (better if you have a proper Alan key and electric screwdriver). Good instructions.
My 6 and 3 year old love this and so do i. They climb up and down and swing and hang. I can do pull ups and chin ups on the main high bar. Highly recommend
Well packaged and delivered quickly. The wall bars were relatively easy to assemble following the supplied instructions (a power screwdriver is a must). I was missing the instructions for the dip bars, but Dennis was very responsive and quick to provide. Excellent valve and quality compared to others I looked at.
We bought this for our whole family. My husband is 6'3 and 220 lbs, it holds his weight great - no bending, warping, or cracking. We did mount it a bit differently - one board on the top and one on the bottom, with longer screws and bigger brackets. Just because my husband is bigger. Our toddler also loves it, we put some rings on there and hes turned into Tarzan. I personally like that it was unfinished - no chemical smell whatsoever.
