Return Policy Overview

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The product remains unused, with original packaging and in like-new condition
  • All included tags and accessories are present
  • You can provide proof of purchase
  • Our customer support team has approved the return in advance

Please note: Returns without prior communication and approval cannot be accepted.

Accepted Return Situations

  1. If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing flaw, simply send us clear photos or a short video. We’ll respond with a solution — a replacement, refund, or repair guidance, depending on the case.
  2. We’ll promptly send out any missing or correct components at no cost to you.
  3. No worries — you may still return the product, but you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost and associated with shipping fees. Restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
  4. Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can’t apply promotions retroactively. However, we’ll gladly issue you a personal coupon for a future purchase.
  5. If an order is sent back without coordination, any resulting fees (including shipping and customs duties) will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

A Few Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect (which can not be resolved in place)
  • If a return isn’t practical or possible, we may offer a partial refund or store credit as an alternative
  • Custom order can not be returned or refunded
